Bend - Woman files suit against owners for dogs attack
A Bend woman who says she was attacked by two pit bulls last year has filed a $90,000 lawsuit against the dogs’ owners. Deborah Lohoefener, 53, said she and her husband were walking their dog when a neighbor opened her door and the dogs bounded out.

Search continues for Troy Schultz
Ground and air searches today did not turn up any clues of missing airman Troy Schultz. He was last seen at a Pelican Rapids bar early Saturday morning. Otter Tail County sheriff Brian Schlueter says his office plans to bring in search dogs tomorrow.

Ag. Commissioner visits city
Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Tommy Irvin made a trip to Fayetteville Oct. 31 to see the firsthand the results of Georgias efforts to curb its population of unwanted dogs and cats. Meeting at Lafayette Center Animal Hospital, Irvin attended a spaying procedure at the clinic by Dr. Mike Younker.
